About Chris
Chris Cain is the Vice President of The Southern Agency and currently serves on the State of Tennessee Telehealth Advisory Committee, the Utilization Review Advisory Committee, and the United Heartland Insurance Company Claims Advisory Council. Previously, he served as 2008-2009 President of the Tennessee State Claims Association, and from 2005-2015 as President of Chattanooga Claims Association.
About Lauren
Lauren Cain is a student at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga as a Business Administration Major with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Creative Writing. She is the Secretary of the UTC Creative Writing Club, piccolo/flute section leader of the UTC Marching Mocs and Basketball Pep Band, and president of the UTC American Marketing Association Collegiate Chapter.
